orange juice versus apple juice

My friend Patricia Nichols asked me if I liked OJ or AJ better… I actually like the taste of either, but OJ definitely has production advantages…

• the skin of the orange insulates it from dirt
• i have a zumex juicer which slices and juices. I’ve had problems finding a similar device for apples
